Monochord
Ed recently started playing the Monochord, debuting with performances of the Lord of the Rings trilogy 25th Anniversary performances with the London Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall in 2026. He owns 3 different monochords, which gives the flexibility to cover any chromatic notes over a wide range. The video below is a demo with the tunings required for the Lord of the Rings part 1 film.
